A bilingual advocate fluent in Spanish (native) and conversant in French and Italian, Mayelin earned her Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and a Bachelor of Laws Summa Cum Laude from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2020, she brings over a decade of legal experience, having risen through the ranks from law clerk to partner. Her career highlights include drafting and negotiating asset purchase agreements, employment contracts, commercial leases, and NDAs; advising Hispanic clients on U.S. operations; and first-chairing trials and hearings. As the founder of Florida Legal Tips since 2024, she has created over 70 educational social media posts and videos, reaching more than 10,000 viewers on topics like contracts and business strategies.
